Delivery
Nothing is printed until you order it, so every parcel starts at the printer rather than in a warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days in the UK and the EU, and 3–5 in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Printed
The day your order lands, made for you
Checked
By eye against the artist's file, then left to dry
Shipped
Tracked, with an email the moment it leaves
Delivered
2–3 working days from your order
You can follow an order at any time from the link in your emails, or in your account, where it shows where it has got to and when to expect it.
What it costs
One charge per order, however many prints are in it, covering tracked delivery and the packing. You choose where it's going in your basket, so you see the charge before you get to checkout.
| Delivering to | Delivery, packaging & handling | Working days |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | £6.50, free on orders of £60.00 or more | 2–3 |
| European Union | £6.50 | 2–3 |
| US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand | £15.00 | 3–5 |
Everything in an order travels together in one parcel, so a second print never adds a second delivery charge, and in the UK, past £60.00 it removes the first one.
Framed prints
A framed print travels in its own box, so an order with a frame in it has its own delivery charge, in place of the one above: £15.00 in the UK, £30.00 to the EU, and £45.00 to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Free delivery over £60.00 is for prints alone.
Outside the UK
Your country may charge on parcels coming in, and if it does, the carrier collects it from you on delivery, not us. In the EU that is usually import VAT and a handling fee; in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, import duties or taxes. We say so in your basket and at checkout too, so it is never a surprise at the door.

How it is packed
Nothing is ever folded. How a print travels depends on the size, so it arrives without creases or dented corners either way.
- A3 travels flat, sealed in a clear archival sleeve under acid-free tissue, inside a rigid board envelope. It comes out ready to frame.
- A2 travels rolled in acid-free tissue inside a rigid tube, because a flat parcel that size bends in the post. If your order has an A2 in it, any A3s are rolled in the same tube with it, so it all arrives as one parcel.
To open a tube, take the cap off one end and ease the print out rather than pulling it. Leave it face down on a clean surface under a light weight for a day or two, and it will lie flat for framing.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@exoplate.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier, reprint it or refund you. See cancellations and returns for the detail.
